Online Payment Instructions

In Case of Payment Delay or Failure
Please follow the instructions below carefully:
- If you have NOT entered payment details, restart the payment process.
- If payment details were already entered, please check the status with your respective bank.
- If the amount has been debited from your account, DO NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT AGAIN.
- If the amount is not debited, you may retry the payment process.
Always keep a record of your Transaction ID / Reference Number for future communication.

- Refund Processing Time: 10 – 15 Working Days
- Bank Settlement Time: 8 – 15 Working Days
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method only.
