- Norms For Promotion
- Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year work & hence we lay stress on regularity in work & performance in the examination.
- For promotion 80% of attendance is compulsory for every student. In case of serious illness or accident the parents/ guardians are requested to inform the school authorities in time.
- The Principal with his discretionary power can bring the required attendance down to 75%.
- Grading scale for Scholastic Areas (Classes VI-VIII)
School will award grades as per the following grading scale:

- Promotion Policy for class IX & XI .
- Overall result will be prepared on the basis of both units & terminal examinations.
- Minimum pass percentage in each subject is 33.
- Passing theory & practical separately is compulsory.
- Student failing in only ONE SUBJECT will be given compartment.
- Student failing in TWO SUBJECTS will be given re-test
- Student failing in THREE SUBJECTS will be detained.
- No. grade will be awarded to a student who has been absent from any exam. No re-exam will be conducted.
- Results declared at end of the year are final in all cases & will not be reconsidered.
